Synez Technologies shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power failure, cyberattacks, failure of internet infrastructure, strikes, or other events of force majeure as recognised under Indian law and applicable international principles.
